Möller's Omega-3 capsules contain:
DHA plays a role in maintaining normal brain function and normal vision.
To achieve beneficial effects, 250 mg of DHA should be taken per day.
EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal heart function.
To achieve beneficial effects, 250 mg of EPA and DHA should be taken per day.
Maternal intake of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) supports normal brain and eye development in the fetus and breastfed infants.
The beneficial effect in pregnant and lactating women is achieved when 200 mg of DHA is taken in addition to the 250 mg of EPA and DHA taken daily.
A balanced and varied diet is important for a healthy life.
